The Parish Council are working hard with the prospective incoming tenant to finalise the lease.
It is the aim of the council and the new tenant to have the Royal Oak Inn open before Christmas for all to enjoy.
The council have had numerous meetings to work through a number of issues and to come to the best agreement for both parties.
The council are doing everything they can to get the Inn open as soon as possible.
